Cancellation Policy
We charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hour of the scheduled appointment. This includes being more than 10 minutes late to your appointment.
Your hair must be the length of a grain of rice or have a minimum of 2 weeks of growth.
